Why is the circuit limit showing differently on Tiqs after the stocks circuit limit has already been hit?

When the stock prices reach to its circuit limit trading will be halted for a certain period of time. As a result, the subsequent circuit shown on Tiqs will change. Circuit limits are updated on the same day after the market closes at approx. 5:00 PM.

Note: Equity derivatives are not subject to circuit restrictions. In its place, a 10% dynamic pricing band is in effect. To guarantee trading takes place within the designated range and to avoid unintentional order inputs, the exchange maintains a set operating range of 10% on both sides. The limitations are further loosened as the price gets closer to certain levels to allow for trading activity.
