Why can’t I see the shares I purchased via my Tiqs account in my holdings?

There must be following reasons:

• The shares are short delivered: When you purchase shares, you should anticipate receiving them on T+1 days. If the vendor of your shares failed to settle them, your shares are short-delivered. When this occurs, the exchange will stage an auction for the equivalent number of shares before giving the buyer their shares.

  In such cases you will get notifications from Tiqs on your register E-Mail & Phone number.

• You placed order for a T2T stock: The trading of trade-to-trade stocks BTST or intraday is prohibited. You won't be able to see a T2T stock in your holdings if you sold it and then acquired it again the following day. Only on T+1, the day of settlement, will it be apparent.
