What is total collateral on Tiqs?

Total collateral refers to the sum of all the assets or securities that have been pledged as collateral to secure a loan or credit facility. It's the total amount of assets that a borrower has offered as security for a loan. Total collateral can include assets like real estate, stocks, bonds, and other securities. The lender evaluates the total collateral to determine the borrower's creditworthiness and the potential risk involved in lending money to them. The higher the value of the collateral, the lower the risk for the lender. This helps the lender make a decision about whether to approve the loan and at what interest rate.
