Why was the settlement price 0 for my option positions although the LTP is not 0?

The settlement price is the price used to determine the profit or loss on an option contract at expiration, while the LTP is simply the last price at which the option was traded. In case of OTM, the strike price is not in line with the current price of the underlying asset, the settlement price will be zero even if the LTP is not.
