Why can’t I log in?

If you are having trouble logging in to your Tiqs account, please check the following -

  • Once, try clearing the cache data on your phone/browser.
  • Check the internet connection / try a different internet connection - we've found that this issue is mostly caused by temporary internet connection issues.
  • Alternatively, try logging in again.

If the problem persists, please submit a ticket and our customer support team will assist you in resolving your issue as soon as possible. Please share a short video/screenshot of the problem if possible. This will assist our customer service representative in resolving your issue as quickly as possible.
