Why did my e-Mandate registration fail?

If the authentication using net banking or a debit card is unsuccessful, the eMandate registration could fail. This might take place if the authentication window is closed before the proper credentials have been entered, or if the wrong ones are. Only the banks would be aware of the precise reason, not Tiqs.

They can be regenerated from the Console if mandate creation fails, as shown in How can I set up automatic transfers of money from my bank account to my trading account with Tiqs?

For consumers utilising a current or joint bank account, banks do not support eMandates. Adding Tiqs's account as a beneficiary will place standing instructions to automatically transfer money via your bank's net banking site if the eMandate setup on Console is unsuccessful.
