Why is the money I added through Tiqs not reflecting in my trading account?

If you've had money deducted from your bank account but it hasn't appeared in your trading account, the transaction might still be pending with the bank. Within 24 bank working hours, it will appear in your trading account, or it will be refunded to the bank. Please open a ticket and attach the debited bank statement if neither of these things have occurred. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
